The space The house was renovated in 2020 with modern furniture and appliances, including a modern kitchen, 60-inch TV, stereo sound speakers and a fireplace. It has 3 floors/apartments, 2 of which are owned by us. (ground and 1st floor). The apartment on this listing is the 1st floor, which is the bigger one. If requested, the 2 apartments can be connected internally, allowing for up to 11 guests in total. The apartment is very spacious and can accommodate up to 7 guests (2 double beds, one double sofa-bed and a single bed). There is a large, fully equipped living room, and an elevated kitchen and dining table. The two bedrooms are separated with doors which can be locked.

I was born in Greece, near Thessaloniki, and worked at the post office until retirement. Since I do not work anymore, I finally had a chance to renovate my family home in Epanomi. I am proud of it and hope that you will also enjoy it, especially during the summer months! I speak Greek and my English is unfortunately limited, so my Son (Co-Host) will take care of communication and any requests that you might have, as well as the hand-over of the keys and initial tour of the house/area.

Epanomi, Greece The house is slightly elevated and has a nice view all around. There is a lot of open space, green fields and a public basketball and tennis court (not well maintained). The nearest beach 'Potamos' is just a 7 minute drive. On the back side of the IEK school which is opposite to the house you can find an excellent Breakfast/Coffee shop (we recommend the famous 'bougatsa'), as well as a mini market. The city of Epanomi has most of the things that you would need, including a big super market and meat/fish shops. Getting around The house is conveniently located near the city of Epanomi.
