Welcome to Lefkada and into our house with big garden and private parking only 3 minutes drive from the beach. Situated in an extremely calm area it is a 50 sq. meters house renovated in 2019 . There are 2 houses that share the big garden. There is 1 bedroom with double bed ,Aircondition 1 living room with sofa bed 1 kitchen 1 bathroom washing machine 1 patio Nydri and its great beaches and nightlife is only 2-3 minutes drive. There is a restaurant and mini market within walking distance

Neighbourhood information

Our house is situated only 3 minutes drive from the Nydri village with its vivid nightlife. Lefkada is the only island that you can reach it by car (no need for ferry). Lefkada is well known for its natural undeniable uniqueness in remoted beaches like Porto Katsiki or Kathisma. Use your car to explore the isolated beaches or get on a sailing cruise and visit nearby small “paradise” islands (like meganisi) DISTANCES- CAR- PUBLIC TRANSPORT - Lefkada main town : 16 km - Aktaio Airport: 26 km - Nearest beach: 2 km - Athens by car/ bus is 370 km or 4-5 hours drive (Athens BUS Station Kifissos) - Shopping-Dining: Within 2 minutes drive there is a mini market, a couple of restaurants
