The villa itself offers 190 sqm of cozy living space across two levels, nestled on a 2,000 sqm plot. On the top floor, two lovely bedrooms with queen size beds, a well equipped big kitchen, a welcoming living room and both internal and external dining spaces. On the ground floor you will find a 80 sqm space with 2 joint rooms, a queen size bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room with a sofa bed that transforms into a surprisingly comfortable double bed. The spacious 40 sqm swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden and a cozy pergola lounge area that invites you to unwind with everything you need for laid-back outdoor living. We've designed a unique sports and play area that includes a home gym, a professional ping pong table and Yoga mattresses for you to use.
