The privacy, the location, the quietness and safety in green and blossomed garden, gives a house character, ideal for families with children. The accommodation is located 35 metres from an almost private beach, 800 metres from the centre of Syvota, 20 Km from Igoumenitsa and 30 Km from Parga. It offers free WI-FI with full signal with access point and personal repeaters in all rooms. All units of the Lns Vip Villas have air-conditioning, living –room and sieves on the windows, doors, and the French windows, flat-screen T.V with satellite channels, autonomous balconies, full kitchen equipment and fridge, every private bathroom is equipped with bath or shower. Blankets are offered. At Lns Vip Villas you will find BBQ facilities, a basketball and a tennis court. There is also an outdoor independent seating area – kiosk with a flat-screen TV and BBQ for all the users of the Holiday Home. In addition there is an independent open-air living – room and BBQ for all the users of the Superior House, under the olive-trees and the flowers.
