It is a family-run hotel located in a pretty Spartia village, the south-west coast of Kefalonia. There are lovely studios and 2 bedroom apartments. Recently renovated, the rooms are decorated in pastel colors and look very nice. The 2 bedroom apartment has kitchen zone with dining area, sofa or unfolded armchair, bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with WC/sink/shower, spacious lovely veranda. A washing machine is in common use and is located in a small wooden kiosk down in the garden. The hotel is surrounded by a wonderful, well-tended garden, where depending on the season our guests can enjoy oranges, plums, figs, and peaches. For tea, you can always rip a fresh lemon from a tree growing right there. Fragrant tomatoes from the kitchen garden are above all praise! Time to time, we like to indulge the guests with homemade marmalade, eggs from their hens, freshly caught fish, and lovingly cooked hot dish. We wish you a magical rest among this beauty in our cozy family hotel surrounded by a wonderful fruit garden! Note: The road from the beach goes along the slope, so returning from the beach to the hotel is tiresome. We think, the car is necessary. I also kindly ask you to note: the Environment tax of 1,5 eur/night/apartment is NOT included in the price and will be charged CASH on arrival day during check in. Please, insure that you will have enough cash as bank cards are not accepted.

Upon your request, we can rent for you a car or arrange a transfer from/to airport. We do our best to create a friendly, homely atmosphere and share our warmth with our guests. The house, where the studios and apartments are located, is surrounded by a lovely garden where, depending on the season, guests can enjoy oranges, plums, and pick lemon for tea. Two studios are on the second floor, 2 apartments are on the first. The beach of Termanti is about 800 m away. The main beach of Spartia is about 950 m away. The road goes along the slope, so returning from the beach to the hotel can be somewhat tiresome. We highly recommend to have a car allowing you to reach the beach in just 3 minutes. Down below, you will Isalos tavern, Panas restaurant by the sea, where you can have breakfast, supper, and lunch. The center of Spartia with its shops and taverns is one kilometer away. The products and goods you need can be also ordered by our landline phone. The nearest beaches - Termanti, Klimatsias, Ema (Liakas cape), Pessada - are incredibly picturesque and original. They can boast of gentle sand, rocky ledges for diving as well as beautiful underwater grottoes. Spartia is a small village where the houses of local residents are adjacent to a few hotels. It offers very friendly atmosphere. Slowly walking along the narrow streets of the village you seem to find yourself in another world - a cozy, hospitable, shrouded silence and the most delicate fragrance of herbs, the sea, flowers..
