Property information

We built this family own hotel-studios some years ago, and with plenty of love to what we are doing, we try to get the best in serving our guests. We do have fully equipped studios, 30 mettres from the center, some steps from the main beach and from everything (tavernas, supermarket, shops, pharmacy etc). We also provide delicious tastes to our customers, for breakfast and not only. Free Wi-Fi with the latest technologies and a TV video wall projection 3x2 metres. Always with the highest cleaning standards and 24 hours reception.

Neighbourhood information

You can find everything some steps away... grocery shop, farmacy, super-market, taverns, church, doctor, car rental etc. The main organized beach is only 70 mettres away and the central square is 25 mettres away. In general we have very easy access, just 20 mettres from the heart of the village! We are loc ated in the best spot of the village. Opposite to the Loxandra Studios you see the astonishing pine forest of Sithonia which is very healthy for humans and the view of the big pine trees is magical. There are many playgrounds around for your kids to play and a lot of parking place! We are just in the right place.
