We created a comfortable and cosy space with the intention of your home to enjoy your summer vacation close to the sea. In 200m you can find the beach of Ag. Nikolaos with a beautiful small gulf.
Melrose maisonette by the sea is located in a green and quiet residential complex.There is a bus stop on the boulevard across the private road. Αt 2 km you will find the center of the city of Anavyssos with supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, shops etc. Αt the same distance is the port of Palaia Fokea with beautiful coffee shops next to the sea. Sounio with the historic temple of Poseidon is located at 18km. Glyfada a large suburb with a large market and nightlife is 3O km away. Τhe center of athens with historical monuments, the parliament, the museum of Acropolis, the open market in Monastiraki is60km away.
