The Metaxenia's apartments company is a company established in 2024 with the goal to provide the best possible hosting experiences to its guests.
It has seaside apartments in the area of Nea Skioni in Chalkidiki, it has apartments in the area of Kalamaria in Thessaloniki and soon will have apartments at the heart of Skopelos island.
Property information
The apartment is fully renovated with automations, air-conditioning and Smart TVs in every room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (like espresso machine, toaster, oven, kettle etc.).
There is always hot water available through the gas boiler and a beautiful view through the balcony.
The mattresses are carefully chosen for the best sleep experience from the ECO-MAT company.
There is an elevator for the access to the apartment and you can also find easily a place to park around the house.
The entrance of the building and the apartment is through smart locks that you can access with a password, card or mobile application (TTLock app).
Neighbourhood information
The apartment is in a key location of the eastern side of the city as it is very near to the end of the ring road of Thessaloniki and it’s located on the main city road which leading to the city center or the airport. If you travel by car, it is 10 minutes away from the airport and 25 minute from the city center. There is the Cosmos Mall (the biggest mall of the city) less than 10 minutes away and during the summer, you can visit the "Waterland" water park which is 12 kilometers eastern of the apartment. It is also located very near to the Agios Pavlos hospital and the Interbalkan Medical Center of Thessaloniki.
