This apartment is located literally in the heart of Rhodes, providing guests with the opportunity of exploring both the city centre and the medieval town within a few minutes of walking, without the use of transportation. Although it is aesthetically modern to meet the present-day needs, there are also classic elements that complete the final look of the apartment, adding not only to its coziness, but also pointing out the history of the building itself. Niochori Heritage is a set of premium suites housed in a century-old building of Early-Italian era architecture. The Mermaid suite offers ideal accommodation for your holidays, including a private, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Popular amenities include Wifi (100 Mbps), air condition, washing machine and a smart TV with Netflix and Diney+ subscriptions.

Niochori was one among the first neighborhoods built outside of the old town of Rhodes by Greek inhabitants, who fled the safety of the formidable city walls after the Turkish occupation of the island in the 16th century. Built at the "tip" of the island, Niochori (new town in Greek), one of the fanciest neighborhoods at the time, since it quickly incorporated houses of diplomats, the embassies and even the first hotels on the island around the Catholic church of Santa Maria. Even today, it has maintained its fancy and cosmopolitan vibe.
