“Great location, 10 minutes from the center on foot. If you have a car, better put it in a private parking space (right next to it, there is one with a 5 euro fee per day), and do everything on foot, as parking spots are difficult to find.”

Ένα προσεγμένο,καλαίσθητο και μοντέρνο δωμάτιο στο κέντρο της πόλης των Ιωαννίνων. Όλα είναι στα πόδια σου, η πόλη, τα καταστήματα, οι πεζόδρομοι της πόλης, η διασκέδαση και τα αξιοθέατα της. Το κατάλυμα είναι η ιδανική επιλογή για κάποιον /α που έρχεται στην πόλη είτε για αναψυχή, είτε για δουλεία. Περιμένουμε να σας φιλοξενήσουμε!
Προτεραιότητα μου, ο κάθε ένας και η κάθε μία που θα μείνει στο κατάλυμα. Σας περιμένω και είμαι στην διάθεσή σας για οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία χρειαστείτε για την επισκεψή σας όχι μόνο στην πόλη των Ιωαννίνων αλλά και στην ευρύτερη περιοχή. Η συνέπεια, η ειλικρίνεια, η ελαστικότητα είναι τα κύρια χαρακτηριστικά μου.
Το κατάλυμα είναι στην καρδία της πόλης. Δίπλα στο κατάλυμα θα βρει κάποιος ΑΤΜ, supermarket, κατάστημα ηλεκτρικών ειδών. Σε μικρή απόσταση είναι η αφετηρία των αστικών λεωφορείων της πόλης. Δίπλα στο κατάλυμα είναι όλες οι καφετέριες και τα bar του κέντρου της πόλης των Ιωαννίνων. Σε μικρή απόσταση είναι το αρχαιολογικό μουσείο της πόλης, καθώς και το λαογραφικό Μουσείο Κώστας Φρόντζος. Το διάσημο ρολόι της πόλης των Ιωαννίνων, απέχει μία ανάσα από το κατάλυμα.
