This modern luxurious 100sq m villa serves for ideal family, couple or/and friends holidays all year round. Only 180m from a beautiful sandy beach and very close to Mountain Olympus, Leptokarya and Litochoro. Indoor house: 100sq m (50sq m each floor), Total land: 1000 sq m
We are a Greek family who built and own this all-year-round holiday villa since 2010. My wife is a scientist and I work in the business sector. We have two young childrens. We really adore this place. We designed the landscape and decorated the indoors ourselves. We are very hospitable, sociable and tidy.
Nice and quiet neighborhood with luxurious villas next to the beach. The villa is located only 180meters from the best sandy beach of the whole perfecture of Pieria which has amazing views of the summit of Mt Olympus and the Platamon castle. The sea is clean, clear and calm, very good for children as it is not very deep. It is also nearby (500m-3km) the most famous beach bars and night clubs of the area.
