Two unique and newly built villas in a very quiet area of Pefkos. The houses have been built with an environmentally friendly philosophy. Our vision is to reduce our impact through sustainable practices such as solar panels for hot water and electricity, automatic garden irrigation systems and reuse of waste water for garden irrigation. We have maximised the energy efficiency of the villas, reducing heat loss and improving overall comfort by insulating the walls and ceilings. Water for domestic use (including pool water) is treated using a reverse osmosis filtration system. A salt electrolysis system to produce chlorine is used to disinfect the pool water. Salt electrolysis is one of the safest and healthiest methods of disinfecting swimming pool water, with the following advantages: it does not produce any harmful residues (cyanuric acid compounds and chloramines), the water is odourless and does not irritate the skin or eyes, the water feels more pleasant to the body, it is environmentally friendly and especially safe for children!
