This beautiful residence is located in a quiet and green environment in the small village called Markantonata, in the northern part of Kefalonia just 3 km from the picturesque and cosmopolitan Fiscardo. Includes a spacious bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a seating area. The property is surrounded by large privately owned space and part of it can be used as a parking lot. Its comfortable layout combined with its full equipment make it ideal for a pleasant and peaceful holiday.
The traditional village of Markantonata is an ideal choice for the visitor who seeks contact with nature and tranquility as it gives him the opportunity to enjoy his vacation carefree but also to explore through hiking trails the beauties of the area. At a distance of 500m in the village of Antipata the visitor can find a grocery store and 2 restaurants while at 3km is the cosmopolitan Fiscardo with many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bakeries, gift shops etc.
