Just 10 minutes’ walk from the house, the closest beach offers crystal waters and calmness away from crowdie touristic beaches. The magnificent natural beach of Possidi Cape (39°57'28.2"N 23°21'36.7"E) is in a ~12 km distance. The closest facilities (tavernas, super market, drugstores etc.) are within a 2km distance in Mola Kalyva village (39°58'15.6"N 23°27'20.3"E). A larger village with even more facilities is located in ~5km at Skioni village (39°56'49.2"N 23°31'47.2"E). The unique Curative Natural Resource of “Thermal Spa Center of Agia Paraskevi” (39°55'29.5"N 23°35'23.4"E) is located in a ~12 km distance from the property, combining modern facilities and curative activities. The property is also situated within an area of rich archaeological interest between ancient Mendi and ancient Skioni. The broad area offers vast opportunities of entertainment and high quality touristic facilities. The closest Beach Bar is ~1km from the cottage (39°58'07.5"N 23°28'15.7"E) while many tavernas, bars and cafes are operating in the nearby villages (Mola Kalyva, Skioni, Possidi, Agia Paraskevi). Car is recommended in order to fully enjoy the area.
