Wandering through the streets of the old town of Chania you will find yourself in a time capsule that has been touched by Greeks, Venetians, Turks, Jews and Egyptians. It is no coincidence since the city of Chania is built on the ruins of ancient Kydonia, founded by Minos. In the alleys of the old town beats a 5,000-year-old heart.
