Welcome to Reina’s house by the sea! In the 2nd peninsula of Chalkidiki, Sithonia, lies “Reina’s house by the sea”, a unique villa with endless views of the sea and Mount Athos! The 150 m2 secluded villa of 4 spacious bedrooms is ideal for couples, families or a group of friends who wish to spend an enjoyable stay in a unique, serene place just a few steps from the marvelous, almost private beach. The villa consists of three units: The main house has two bedrooms and a WC on the upper floor and a luminous living-room with a fire-place, a spacious kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. The one bedroom has a queen-size bed while the other has two semi-double beds and a bunk bed. The 2nd unit consists of a bedroom (with a queen-size bed and a single bed) and a WC on the 2nd floor. The 3rd unit consists of a bedroom (with a queen-size bed) and a bathroom on the ground floor. All units lead to the spacious balconies and terraces (most shaded) with breath-taking view to the sea, Mount Athos and the sun-rise! The villa is surrounded by pine-trees and olive-trees. An outdoor charcoal grill is provided. A parking place is available at the residence. In the front and in the side balcony-terrace there are dining tables and comfortable chairs where you can relish out-door dining. 300 meters away, with easy access via a private footpath through pine-trees and olive-trees, is the secluded beach, with crystal clear turquoise water and white sand. The path is quite steep so it is not suitable for people with a disability. The bedrooms are equipped with high-quality pillows, linen and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric appliances (dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and micro-wave oven are also included) and a full selection of dishware and glasses. A hairdryer and a washer machine are also available. A 38" TV and WIFI internet connection are at your disposal.

If you are looking for a more crowded beach, there are some close to the villa with beach-bars and taverns on the sea-side, such as “Sirocco” a beach-bar around 1 klm away. The village “Metaggitsi” is 4 klm away where you can find few coffee-shops, traditional taverns and mini-markets. “Agios Nikolaos” village is 7 km away, where there is a Medical Center, pharmacies, taverns, coffee-shops and mini-markets. “Nikiti” is a small town 14 km away, where you can find all the big super-markets (Lidl, Masoutis, Vasilopoulos), beachfront restaurants and taverns, bars and shops. ”Ormos Panagias” is a picturesque little harbor with beachfront little taverns where you can relish fresh sea-food. From there you can also take the boat for a day-trip to Agion Oros (Mount Athos) to see the monasteries and monk-villages. If you are looking for a luxurious getaway ”Porto Carras Grand Resort” is around 35 klm away where you can find a golf, a casino, a marina, many luxurious restaurants, a winery, a wellness cetre etc. The villa offers complete privacy although it is only a one-hour drive from Thessaloniki’s International Airport. In order to reach the house you will need a car as the nearest village (Agios Nikolaos) where public buses arrive, is 7 km away! For around 1,5 klm. the road is unpaved but well-made and any type of car can drive through. You will also need the car to go to the supermarket and taverns.
