Διαμέρισμα 40 τετραγωνικών μέτρων πρώτου ορόφου στο κέντρο του οικισμού Αργιλιά Μάνης. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μονό κρεβάτι, τραπεζαρία, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και ένα μπάνιο.
