"Rozas house" is a ground floor apartment, sits on the last part of Benitses old village. The homeowner, is inpired by the organic spirit of the nature, reflected in the soft naturally color pallete, the wooden tables and the stone effect floor tiles, giving a rustic and earthy look. Contemporary furnishing with rattan materials and large windows, allowing the daytime lighting enter the interior area, complete the picture. The garden with citrus trees, creates a serene outdoor environment. The apartment (70 sqm), 5' walking from the beach, can comfortably accomodate 4 guests. It features 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table . Both bedrooms are airy and bright with a double bed. They have a closet , bedside tables, mirrors, floorlamps and air'conditions.They also have a balcony. The kitchen provides all the necessary equippement you need during your stay in order to make your breakfast and meals(fridge,oven, kitchen utensils,toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker and a dining table). The bathroom has a toilet, a shower, a washbasin and a laundry. Also a hair dryer is available. The living room has a comfortable three - seated sofa, armchair, a small table, a t.v and a small side table. There is also a garden with a dining table and chairs where you can enjoy your gatherings. *The place is ideal for families with children and couples. *Beaches, cafe, supermarkets and restaurants are five minutes walk away. *A private free parking is provided. *Cleaning service is not available. *Wifi is free of charge. *A baby cot is provided, after request.(free of charge).

Rozas house is situated at the last part of Benitses old village. As you walk through the picturesque streets of the village to arrive to the house, you will see traditional houses with flower beds full of blooming flowers as well as you will meet the hospitable locals of the neighborhood who always welcome you with a smile. In the center of the old village, the two churches, Agios(Saint) Nikolaos and Agia(Saint) Marina, complete the picturesqueness of the place. In honor of Saint Marina , a traditional festival takes place on 17 of July with food, drink and folklore dance. In Benitses center, you will find minimarkets, traditional restaurants, tavernas, pizzerias and ATMs, children's playground and farmacy. There are also organised pebble beaches with umbrellas, sunbeds and water sport facilities. Benitses port with yachts and traditional fishing boats (called ''kaikia'') dominates the surrounding area and beautify your strolls. For nature and hiking lovers, there are hiking trails that lead you up to the the mountain. Going up, you will discover the water springs and the stone- built aquaduct, the construction of which dates back to 1831, during the British rule. As you walk, you come across beautifull chapels, almost hidden in the trees, perfectly match with the tranquility of the nature.
