The Eclectic Summer Villa is a home away from home, specially designed with families in mind.
The two patios are surrounded by a lush private garden, ideal for outdoor relaxation and al fresco dining. The property is tastefully decorated with objects and art from the owner's personal collection; all set up in a child- friendly way, of course! It features a selection of high- quality amenities to ensure you and your family enjoy your holiday worry-free. The two bedrooms accommodate up to 5 guests and there is extra sleeping capacity in the living room. All rooms and common spaces have air-conditioning. Yoga mats and toys are also provided to ensure both kids and parents enjoy some me-time!
The property is located in the highly- coveted area of Sani Beach, and boasts unobstructed views over the surrounding pine forest and wheat fields. The incredible Sani coastline is in close proximity; you can either go for a swim in one of the natural beaches close by, or visit one of the many beach clubs for a more well- attended experience.
The area of Kassandra in Chalkidiki has much to offer- beach clubs for all-day relaxation, picturesque villages such as Athitos and Nea Fokaia and of course the Sani Marina which is the perfect place for an evening stroll or dinner.
