The apartment is close to the seaside(20 m from the beach),10 minutes from the airport of Athens. It aparts from a king size bed with a walk in closet and black out system for the sun . The spacious living room equipped with white furniture is common with the fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has two balconies, The interior renovation started on 2018 by giving a minimal touch which is going to make you feel calm and totally relax. During 2019 we started the renovation of the terrace which is now ready for use. On the terrace you are able to have your private space for sunbathing while enjoying the seaview all day long ,listening the sound of waves.....It is amazing to start your day watching the sun rises, feeling the light and listening the birds.. A huge hammock and furnitures are being placed for your use. Also on the terrace private yoga lessons could be aranged for you by professional instructors. Don't miss the sunset.... During the night ,terrace with its minimal lighting offers you a unique experience by private dining watching the stars. Greece is blessed for the sun,the clear sky,the birds,the sea...This is a feeling we would like to share with you

If you are looking for a calm and Cosy apartment with beautiful view quiet neighborhood, then you find it.. My family and I ,waiting for you to show you the Greek hospitality.
The neighbourhood where the house is located ,is totally quiet during winter and summer.
