The villa is a unique property situated on a small hill, just 200 meters from an organized beach. It offers a fantastic view and stunning sunsets. Located only a 5-minute drive from the picturesque fishing village of Perdika—with its many tavernas and bars—and just 10 minutes from the port of Aegina, the villa combines tranquility with convenience.
The villa features three floors, two full bathrooms with walk-in showers, and one additional WC.
The house is built on a hill in the beautiful area of Aeginitissa in a complex of four houses and has a private entrance. To the right of the property there is a green area and in front a habitat that extends to the beach. In the surrounding area you will find many villas. It is a quiet neighborhood
In 200 m you find an organized beach with a beach bar and near it one of the best taverns on the island. You can go there by foot. In order to go shopping you need a car or a taxi or a bus (bus stop on the beach just 200 meters from the property
