Our good quality apartments are ideal for relaxing vacations. We offer SELF-CATERED APARTMENTS. Mornings and Evenings are magnificent just being at the balcony having a coffee watching the picturesque Sun Set or just the really nice Sea view. The beach is only 40m away right inform of our yard. The beach is small, very quiet and the water is very clear but the beach has stones. We enter using the clear path for 25m and then there is sand. Special sea shoes are suggested. Our apartments, are: All the same approximately 29 m2, with 2 rooms. A separate bedroom (double bed), a combined living room-kitchen (with sofa which becomes 2 single beds) and a private bath. Convenient for up to 3 adults with 1 child or a 4 memb family (2 adults + 2 children aged). Well equipped for 4 persons ( kitchen with 2 hot plates, without an oven, small refrigerator with small freezer, personal safe, hair dryer, air conditioning, 28’’ flat-LED TV). The use of the air-condition is included in the total price and is functioning on a fixed temp 25 degrees. Some apartments have a wall mounted fan in the bedroom. We do not offer any breakfast or meals at all. All apartments have Sea view with big balconies, with shades and garden furniture and a marvelous view to North Aegean sea especially from 2nd floor. Clean towels and bed sheets are offered after 4 or 5 nights of sleep while everyday cleaning is the responsibility of the guests. Free Parking in our courtyard. It contains MAX to 14 cars parked close to each other. Located at the outskirts of Nea Skioni (2000m), which is a big beautiful village. Free Wi-Fi for all our quests in public places and balconies and 2 lines signal in the living room. The network speed depends on number of guests logged in the network. a Swing for young children free of charge and with parents supervision. 2 large BBQs in our courtyard pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are strictly observed between 15:00 - 17:30 and 23:00 - 07:00
Our building is located 1800m far from the centre of the village. This is the reason why it's very peaceful. There are no shops around us. Our guest will be able to find supermarkets, bakeries,butcher and fish shops, tavernas, fast foods, cafes and many other facilities in the village of Nea Skioni. Guests who love fresh fish will find themselves in the ideal location to do that.
