Property information

This is a private apartment and not a hotel. The studio is on the mezzanine of the building and the elevator makes no stop. You will have to climb some steps, therefore the apartment might not be suitable for people with mobility issues. The apartment does not have central heating, the A/C in the apartment offers both heating and cooling. We can store your luggage at a nearby location, upon prior communication. A small fee will apply. The studio is located in the heart of the city center. Within walking distance from all major sights, the Acropolis, the Parliament, Ancient Agora. You will find great restaurants, cafes, bars and bakeries in the neighborhood. Ideal for those who are visiting on business as every major organization/ institution can be easily reached. Suitable for students as many university departments are in proximity (Law school is 2' away). Both Syntagma and Panepistimio metro stations are a 5 minute walk. Our studio, on the mezzanine floor, can comfortably accommodate 2 guests. Small, 21 sq. m, yet practical, it will be a great starting point to explore Athens. We are not able to offer extra cleaning services no matter the duration of your stay.

Neighbourhood information

The studio is located between Kolonaki district and Syntagma. A few meters down the road you will meet the Law School and students roaming the streets in the morning. Small cafes and bars are only a few steps away from the building, numerous bakeries and restaurants on Solonos street and the nearby streets. A safe and busy neighborhood with everything you need being only a few meters away. Syntagma metro station as well as Panepistimio metro station are a 5-10 minute walk, plenty of buses run nearby and the airport bus X95 stops in Syntagma.
