Downtown Experience was born with a vision to offer a new dimension to hospitality in the center of Athens. We were the first to bring the philosophy of short-term rental to the neighborhood and the historic building of Stoa Psara, creating spaces that combine comfort, authenticity and local character. Since 2021, our activity has expanded dynamically in the field of renovations, with a high sense of aesthetics and respect for the architectural identity of the city. We have undertaken projects in landmark neighborhoods such as Kolonaki, Exarchia, Thisio, Koukaki and in general throughout the center of Athens, transforming buildings and apartments into unique spaces with character. Although this is a new account, it reflects a new chapter rather than a new beginning. My previous hosting business, which I sold, held a consistent 9,2 rating and thanks to the trust and comfort guests felt in my spaces. I treat hosting as the art of making people feel instantly at ease. Clear communication, spotless homes and thoughtful touches are my signature. Whether someone is staying for a night or a season, my goal is simple: create a place that feels intuitively right the moment they walk in. I’m excited to welcome new guests and continue offering the kind of stays that turn trips into something memorable.

The Syntagma neighborhood in Athens is the heart of the city and one of the most recognizable spots in the country. In the center is Syntagma Square, in front of the Greek Parliament building, where official ceremonies and citizen gatherings take place. The area combines historical significance with the modern pace of life, as there are large hotels, shops, cafes and restaurants around it. Visitors can admire the changing of the Evzone guard at the Monument to the Unknown Soldier, while in just a few minutes' walk they can find the National Garden or Ermou, the busiest shopping street in Athens.
