The villa is a three-storey standing house designed with an open plan philosophy. It spreads on three levels included an attic having a total area of 100sqm, while it can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and an elegantly furnished bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where two bedrooms and a bathroom open up in space. Moreover, a second staircase provides access to the stylus attic including a third bedroom. The open plan living room, kitchen and dining area offer direct access to the covered terrace with the outdoor dining area and the private pool amidst lush greenery. Private swimming pool create a sense of elegant luxury and a private lifestyle, essential elements for a comfortable and unforgettable summer vacation. This stunning scenery promises moments of relaxation and tranquility while it is ideal for relaxing throughout the day enjoying a quiet and dreamy holiday. Inside the Villa, all three bedrooms are equipped with a queen-size bed and offer direct access to balconies with relaxing views of the surrounding landscape. The complex is just a breath away (50m.) from the sea and 300 metres from the N Marmaras city center. Sithonia – Halkidiki Neos Marmaras is the largest seaside village in the second peninsula of Halkidiki, Sithonia. It is the most cosmopolitan place in Sithonia with a view of the small island Kelifos, the first peninsula of Halkidiki, and the mountain of Gods, Olympus. Neos Marmaras is approximately 120 km away from Thessaloniki and has 3,500 permanent residents who are mainly engaged in tourism, fishing, and beekeeping. In Neos Marmaras you will find a police station, post office, bank, private clinics, pharmacy, port authorities, fire brigade, and other services. The commercial center of Neos Marmaras has many shops as Super Market, fish markets, fur shops, stationery gifts, etc. from where you can buy what you may need. During the summer, the floating port of Neos Marmaras operates and serves the needs of many vessels and boats. Also from Neos Marmaras, there are daily boat rides to Mount Athos.
