Property information

Central, modern 2BD apartment 50m from the sea and the Xylokastro promenade. The apartment offers privacy as it is the only apartment building. Ideal for family and friends who need to be very close to everything (restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the beach), but who need privacy and tranquility at the same time. The apartment has been renovated in May 2022 and offers all the comfort a modern traveller needs.

Neighbourhood information

Xylokastro center, 50m from the beach and the Xylokastro promenade by the sea. Everything you need is at walking distance, up to 300m: cafés and restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, shops.. even the taxi meeting point. Perfect to relax and unwind.
