Picturesque semi-detached two-floors property of 120sqm, at an altitude of 850m, fully equipped, in the trees, in a fenced area of four acres (with two other independent residences).A 50m road leads to the house. Just off the public road, it is very quiet and has privacy, while being very close to the village center (200m) and the lake (300m). The house has two-floors connected with an internal staircase. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms and a beautiful hallway (one of the bedrooms can accommodate an extra bed). On the ground floor is the cozy lounge with its traditional fireplace, the dining room, a cute fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare your own meals and a bathroom. The large balcony, courtyard, garden, whole estate and covered barbeque with its own dining area are at guests' disposal. There are corners on the balcony and in courtyard where you can have your coffee or even dine.

At 100m from the house you can have your coffee at an excellent coffee shop and at another 100m. you are in the center of the village with traditional taverns, beautiful cafes, gift shops and souvenirs, hotels, bakery, mini market, pharmacy. A bit further, you can find outdoor market-stalls with horticultural and other traditional products of the area. In the opposite direction you can take a wonderful walk towards the lake following the main road you will reach a beautiful creek where you will find rented bicycles, water bikes, boats and archery. Continuing on your way, you will reach the beautiful beach of Kalivia, where you can visit the village theater that occasionally hosts beautiful performances, sit in the nice cafeteria for coffee, enjoy the taste of a tsipouraki or food and admire the magnificent view by the water and indulge in the magic of the moment. You may also swim, if you love swimming in the lake.
