The magnificent estate of nearly 900m2 boasts 6 suites and 8 bathrooms. Amenities include swimming pool, direct beach access, gym, movie theater and much more. Palio includes various dining options, bakery, mini market and pharmacy or for a quick 10minute car ride you may head into the city of Kavala for endless shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The villa can accommodate 10-12 guests. It consists of 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, 5 of the suites include balconies or terraces with outdoor seating, Jacuzzi tub in the master suite, 2 large living rooms on main floor plus game/living room in basement, 2 fully equipped kitchens indoor and additional outdoor kitchen with BBQ/pizza oven, various outdoor dining areas, multiple outdoor seating areas, manicured garden with olive, orange and lemon trees
Palio Tsifliki as the locals call it is the prime vacation suburb of Kavala. Located on the coast it offers numerous options for restaurants dine in & delivery, beach bars, mini-markets, bakery and even a pharmacy. Just a quick drive are Kavala City or if you are looking for some all day entertainment head to Ammolofoi Beach where the beach party goes into the night.
