THEOXENIA is a LOW COST accommodation and complex consists of fifteen rooms to let in a 5-acre olive grove. The rooms are equipped with: TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, ceiling fans, independent balcony, kitchen area, private bathroom, parking space, garden, barbecue, thus creating ideal holiday conditions. WiFi is available only in communal areas. We care for your pleasant stay, NO for luxury !!!! Sorry, pets are NOT allowed !!!!! Smoking is allowed ONLY in public areas. WIFI-INTERNET is offered for free, ONLY in public areas
