Relax in this calm, airy stylish space of the fully renovated 50m2 apartment, on 2nd and top floor of the building which unfortunately has no elevator. It has a bedroom, bathroom with shower, open kitchen and dining room. Spacious balconies of 15m2 each on both sides. It is equipped with 50Mbps wifi, 2x Samsung 55' QLED TV's, 2x Daikin AC's, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, solar water heater, security front door and entrance camera and many more. Located between CFU and Corfu town center.
Hi I am Stavros a 48year old Greek. I am determined to provide to my guests every assistance and information in order to help them get the most from their vacations in Corfu city and island. Personally I am aiming to exeptional hospitality = Filoxenia (Filos= friend (φίλος) + xenia (xenos/ξένος = traveller-foreigner) Fully vaccinated with Pfizer (doses at 28/5, 18/6/21 and 10/12/21) Please contact me any time. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood in between CFU airport and Corfu city center, next to Garitsa's (district) woods. Apart from CFU airport, football field, Garitsa bay which are in less than 1km distance, Green buses terminal, Lidl SM, 3rd and 4th Junior High Schools, 6th Elementary School (Kyprou str), The Courthouse, British Cemetery and the State Jail are in less than 500meters distance.
