The Vardiola Houses complex is a destination worth visiting to really get to know the island of Zakynthos. It contains three different residences - the traditional house, the traditional villa and the traditional suite - all fully equipped and comfortable for your stay. It is located in the area of Lithakia and is surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape, while just a few kilometers away you will find the famous bay of Laganas with amazing beaches and the nesting area of the caretta - caretta turtle. The traditional house consists of two floors and within 100 sq. m. can accommodate up to 5 people. On the first floor, there are the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom with shower and in the attic three bedrooms – one with a double bed and three with a single bed each – and an extra bathroom with shower. The traditional villa offers an open plan space of 130 sq. m and sleeps up to 4 guests. It includes a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower, as well as two open-plan bedrooms separated by curtains from the rest of the villa. One has been equipped with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The traditional suite is 36 sq. m. and has a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Book your stay on the complex and ensure access to amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and private parking space. The three residences are surrounded by well-kept gardens. The villa and suite also have their own private swimming pools with sun loungers. The owners’ restaurant is available just a few meters away with local delicacies and dishes. We offer breakfast, which is served between 8:00 - 11:00 a.m., at Vardiola Tavern next to the property. The breakfast is based on Zakynthian products, along with eggs, cheese, traditional bread, coffee, etc. It can be customized based on guests' needs. The breakfast has an extra charge.
