Go upstairs, and on your right is the veranda with the gas BBQ and the dining table. Enter the house to find the open living room, kitchen, and dining area. A full bathroom is by the entrance, and a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is on this level too. On the lower level, each bedroom (number 2 and 3) has a private entrance and an ensuite bathroom. At the lower level, on the backside, is the guest house, which is rented as part of the property. If you are traveling with friends or family members and seek privacy, you can find it in the guest house. The private pool is the highlight of the villa! It is 33m2 with Seaview. The village of Plakias is situated on the shore of the Libyan Sea. Plakias name is taken after the large number of stones, which are called “plakes” in Greek. Plakias was a small village in the late 19th century, which in recent decades has transformed to a popular resort. Especially, during the 60s beaches of Yialia, as the beachfront of the wider area is called, were a favorite destination for hippies. Now it’s a popular resort and a base for visiting the natural beauties of the region. Plakias Village is situated between two canyons (Kotsifos and Kourtaliotis). The Kourtaliotis River flows through the Kourtaliotiko Gorge, which is characterized by dense vegetation and high-pitched stone volumes on both sides.
