Villa Kandia I is a stylish 6-bedroom villa on four levels, hosting up to 14 guests. It offers beautiful gardens, a private pool, an indoor jacuzzi, and stunning sea and mountain views. For larger groups, it can be rented with Villa Kandia II, sleeping up to 22 guests—perfect for families, retreats, and special events. The ground floor features a spacious living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, and a large balcony with breathtaking sea views. The balcony includes a dining table for up to 12 guests—perfect for memorable meals with a stunning backdrop. This level also offers a double bedroom with an en-suite WC. The first floor includes two beautiful bedrooms: one with a double bed and a full-width window framing spectacular sea views, and another with a double bed and its own private balcony. These two rooms share a bright bathroom with a bathtub and wonderful views. The second floor hosts a charming attic bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub—ideal for children or friends. The lower level (also accessible through a private entrance for complete independence) consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and bunk bed, and another with a small double bed. This floor also features an open-plan living area with a small kitchen and a well-equipped gym with several machines. A bathroom with a tub is located on this level, along with a dedicated room housing an 8-seat indoor jacuzzi (available at an additional cost). Outside on the lower level, you’ll find a generous terrace with a private pool (4.2m x 8m), eight sunbeds, and a sofa area—all overlooking magnificent sea views. Most rooms throughout the villa offer the same inspiring outlook. The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends, offering ample privacy along with spacious common areas for gathering and relaxing. Please note that the road to the sea and nearby shops is downhill. Free on-site parking is available.
