Villa Levantes, with its spacious outdoor area, 50m² private pool, and additional walk-in, secluded roof terrace, offers plenty of privacy and tranquility and is ideal for families, young families with grandparents, couples, or friends who want to spend their vacations together. The 3-room apartment with a total of 2 bedrooms and 5 beds, a living room with dining area, sofas, and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) can accommodate up to 5 guests. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom with toilet/shower and direct access to the outdoor area with seating. A washing machine is available in one of the bathrooms. The solid construction and a modern “Olympia Splendid Bi2 AIR” air conditioning system ensure a consistently pleasant indoor climate in all rooms. The living room leads onto the large, fully equipped terrace and offers a wonderful view of the pool and the sea in the shade of the pergola. Deck chairs and seating invite you to linger in the outdoor area.

Villa Levantes is located in a quiet area in the southeast of the Cycladic island of Paros and is easily accessible by car, taxi, or regional bus from the airport and port. Everything you need for a carefree vacation is nearby and within easy walking distance. Within a radius of 400 meters, you will also find beaches, supermarkets, bakeries, a pharmacy, and taverns. A car is useful but not essential and can be rented on a daily basis for excursions and other activities. The family-friendly sandy beach of Logaras is within easy walking distance, where you can enjoy good food and drink right by the sea. The small fishing port of Piso Livadi is also within easy reach, with a variety of highly recommended taverns and a small, sheltered sandy beach that is ideal for splashing around with small children. For a club atmosphere, Pounda Beach is also within walking distance. The coastal road surrounds the entire island and provides easy access to the most beautiful places on Paros. The two towns of Parikia and Naussa are only 20 minutes away by car. Those who love nightlife will enjoy the many restaurants and bars. The route is also served by the regional bus during the season (bus stop near the house). The night bus offers a convenient way to get home.
