Spiros and Georgia… We were both born and raised in Athens and moved to this beautiful island 20 years ago. We have started a family and have two daughters and by working all these years in the construction business, we managed to complete this year our villa, by using the best and most natural materials, investing in the quality a villa must have. We also have an electrical installation company and live permanently 100m. away from the villa. Spiros has been involved in car racing for 25 years, both as a driver and an organizer and Georgia has been involved in the local track and field organization for 11 years. We travel a lot around the world and we like very much meeting different people and learn about their day life. We like very much to have guests and we will be very happy to get to know you and suggest many beautiful places for you to visit and many activities to do near the area. The villa is located in a big and very quiet piece of land, as there are no other buildings right beside it and it is away from hotels. You can reach it through the main road by using the roads No 4 & 5 which both lead to the beach. From the road No 4 you can reach the villa by car or bus and from the road No5 by car. It is 250m. away from the beach and another 250m. from the center of Acharavi, which is the center of the municipality of North Corfu. There are a lot of people living here throughout the year and you can find everything a small town has. There are mini markets, pharmacies, gas stations, taxis, medical centers and all of these 24hr. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, café, bakery, big supermarkets and any kind of shop you can find in a small town and all of them are open from early in the morning till late at night. All of the shops take cash and credit cards. There is also a fire station, police station and medical centers. It is very close to many and different beaches and to all the beautiful places that are here in the northern part of the island (ask us for details)! There are many activities you can do in the same distance of 250m., such as bike tours and rentals, car tours and rentals, water sports, boat trips and rentals, scuba diving, fishing, horse riding, beach volley, tennis, billiards, electronic games, many Greek festivals and Greek nights for free. You can also find coffee and food delivery all day long, from many café and restaurants in the area and of course by choosing any kind of breakfast, coffee, ice creams, Greek and Italian cuisine etc. There are also dry cleaners, shoemaker, clothing stores, shoe stores, jewelry and of course many tourist shops.
