The ground floor features a bedroom with 2 single beds and a garden view, a large bathroom (which is more comfortable for babies) with a washing machine, a living room with 2 double sofa beds, and a kitchen. It is independent of its own external door to the garden but also has an internal staircase that connects it to the rest of the house. The middle level includes the main kitchen and living room with a dining area, a WC, and access to the pool, offering mountain and sea views. The first floor has one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and two bedrooms with two single beds each, sharing a bathroom. All bedrooms have balconies with mountain and sea view. All single beds can be joined together to form double beds. All bedrooms and living areas are equipped with air conditioning. Mosquito nets on all windows and balcony doors. The pool uses salt electrolysis, which is the healthiest way to disinfect pool water. This method automatically disinfects the pool in a more natural way, making it gentler on the human body and more environmentally friendly. There is no irritation to the eyes, skin, or hair, and no chlorine smell or taste. The pool depth ranges from 0.90m to 1.50m. The pool is heated during the months of April, May, and October.
