Villa Olive Xrisi is a charming 2-bedroom retreat with a private pool, beautifully located among olive groves in the peaceful area of Voukolies, about 10 km from the beach and 30 km west of the old town of Chania. Villa Olive - Xrisi welcomes you into a warm, open-plan living and dining space with a traditional fireplace, a charming wood-beamed ceiling, comfortable seating, and a dining table for relaxed meals. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, featuring an oven and electric hob, a large refrigerator, coffee maker, juicer, dishwasher, and all essential cooking utensils, while large doors let in plenty of natural light and open out to the wonderful private terrace. The villa offers two air-conditioned bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed, and another with two twin beds) and a spacious bathroom featuring a hydromassage bathtub and a washing machine. Outside, guests can unwind by a private swimming pool with sun loungers and a parasol, or enjoy meals on the terrace with the outdoor dining area and barbecue facilities. Air-condition, wireless internet, bed linen, bathroom towels and cleaning every 7 days are included in the price. Please note that the swimming pool can be heated at the additional cost of 210 Euros per week.

Right next to the villa there is a totally renovated house, like a small museum, with antiques and objects from the previous century, all of which are carefully collected by the owner. Finally, a small private church of Saint Stamatios and Saint Xrisi worths also visiting. Guests will find a few small traditional taverns, a mini market, a farmacy and a bank at a short driving distance, about 3 km away from the villa, while the nearest lovely beach is 8 km far. Finally, a gas station lies approximately 4 km away. The lively town of Platanias is about 18 km away, and the charming city of Chania is about 28 km away.
