The villa is located in the famous village of Stalos, offering a panoramic view of Chania Gulf. The interior is mainly characterized by open spaces, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air that fills the entire villa. The exterior is designed to offer complete relaxation, with a pool that is also suitable for younger guests. With the services provided, your stay will truly be magical. The villa consists of 6 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining area, and 6 bathrooms. It includes a heating and cooling system, alarm, ample space, and silent operation for your comfort. Upon entering the villa, you will find an open-plan living room with satellite TV and comfortable sofas. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, and the dining area can accommodate up to 14 people. Four of the bedrooms have double beds, while the other two have two single beds each. Stepping out onto the terrace, you'll find a large garden with a private swimming pool. The seaside village of Agia Marina is located just 9 km west of Chania. It is one of the most popular resorts in Chania, featuring numerous hotels and all types of tourist infrastructure. The village is named after the local church of Agia Marina. The shoreline of Agia Marina is fantastic, with beautiful sandy beaches. The west side, near the port of Platanias, is dotted with small artificial bays where you can swim. On the east side, the beach stretches with stunning sandy shores all the way to Stalos. Along the coast, you'll find all the services expected of a well-organized beach. 1.5 km south of the village, you can visit the cave of Nerospilia, which features amazing stalagmites and stalactites. This cave was a site of worship during the Middle Minoan period. **Thodorou Islet** Opposite the beach of Agia Marina, you’ll see the protected island of Thodorou, which has been declared a National Park. It is home to the largest colony of endangered Cretan wild goats (kri-kri), which were relocated here from the White Mountains (including the area around Samaria Gorge). Approaching the island is strictly prohibited. However, in recent years, a limited number of boat excursions have been offered to visitors, although special permission from the Forest Service is required. In the small cove of the islet, serving as the island’s harbor, there is a small sandy beach with a view of Agia Marina. This beach remains largely unknown to the public due to the restrictions on approaching Thodorou.
