Villa Stella is a complex of 2 semidetached maisonettes with 2 swimming pools and 1 daylight Cellar full renovated in 2025, all with private entrances. A luxurious construction on the outskirts of Gouvia Village. In a distance less than 150 meters from the beach, the center of the village and Gouvia Marina. Each maisonette has 120 sqm. Is fully furnished with air condition and consists of, on the ground floor a living room with a fire corner and large screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.) and the main bedroom with his private bathroom. A WC and a washing machine are available, on the ground floor as well. On the first floor are the two other bedrooms with their bathrooms. All rooms have smart TVs and hairdryers. The maisonettes have their own verandas, private swimming pool with sunbeds, umbrellas and big covered BBQ with outside WC. The Cellar with its own entrance, is a studio of 55 sqm. fully furnished. Has a kitchen fully equipped. A dining table, sofa, large screen TV and a King Size Bed are available as well as a sauna. At its own terrasse you have sunbeds and umbrella for relaxing sunbathing. Gouvia is a village and resort beside a natural harbour in Corfu, Greece. It is situated around 8 km (5 miles) North of Corfu town. Its location makes it an ideal site for the island's largest marina, and was also favoured during the Venetian occupation as evidenced by the well-preserved remains of a shipyard, referred to as the Venetian Arsenal in tourist literature. The village is also famous for a Greek Orthodox church dedicated to the Hypapante jutting out into the bay from the village of Limni across the bay. A small street that skirts the marina and cuts through the village, parallel to the main road, features a number of bars, restaurants and tavernas featuring local and foreign cuisines, along with some smaller hotels and self-catering apartments. Several larger resort complexes lie to the north. The resort has a single, small pebble beach in the centre of the bay.
