In the Western coast of Corfu at the village of Kanouli beach we created " TETRAKTYS ESTATE " a family owned set of 3 spacious & fully equipped apartments ( 2 at the grand floor of 50sqm & 1 at the 1st floor at 75sgm). An 1.700sqm garden surrounding the Villa blending a variety of trees, flowers, palm trees & roses. Less than 80m away from our apartments you can enjoy the beach. You can have sports, activities and plenty of time to relax in a 1.700sqm area, for all family members. There is a dining area in the garden. WiFi is free of charge. Each apartment have and washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen: (Refrigerator, Electric Oven, cooking facilities, electrical appliances, dining area, etc). When leaving the apartment, you must remove the magnetic card from the designated slot. This will cut off the electricity in the apartment, except for the refrigerator, for safe. The beds are prepared based on the number of guests in the reservation. For example, 1guest equals 1bed. Please keep the house clean during your stay and upon check-out, just as you received it at check-in. The gazebo spot is reserved only for the other apartment ( ΑΗΡ ) in the garden

Located 80m of the beach apartment (ΥΔΩΡ) is a spacious big and colorful ground floor home for you, with a living room, a comfortable bedroom & a fully equipped kitchen 2bathrooms and 2bathrooms. The front veranda offers a large space for taking your meals, relaxing with a tea, coffee, a freshly squeezed juice, a beer or a glass of wine. The garden, surrounding the house, is embracing the whole space with its calm and relaxed atmosphere. The location is suitable for those in search to be far enough from the city and busy resorts buzz, but close enough to everything that you may need throughout your staying (the village Agios Mattheos is 3.5km from us). It's really a place where you forget the notion of time & breathing the cleanest air. The sea in Kanouli beach have the purest & the most refreshing, crystal clear water that you can find. The part of the field that is next to the sea has been fenced off and closed for safety. Each room has a chair to open your suitcase on. Please do not put your suitcase on the bed. Mattresses and indoor furniture should not be removed from inside the house. Bath towels are for hands, face & body only & not for the floor or beach towels. The bbq is open for cooking until 21.00 o’ clock. After the beach, please you must use the outdoor showers in the yard to rinse off. This will help keep the house free of sand. The windows and the doors always have mosquito net or be closed. Gym & basketball schedul : 11.00-12.30 & 18.00-20.00 o clock. Throw away the trash at checkout. Any damage that occurs should be reported immediately, not at check-out, so there is enough time to replace it for our next guest. One day before your departure, we will inspect the apartment together to ensure everything is in order and there are no damages.
