Accommodation (135 m²) Pool level: Entering the villa, the main entrance level has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area has a fireplace and 2 large sofas. The dining area has a large glass door that opens onto the swimming pool terrace. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with a jacuzzi on the same floor. Ground and Attic levels: Next to the sitting area there are the stairs leading up to the second double bedroom and next to the entrance there are the stairs that lead downstairs to the ground level. There we can find another living/kitchen area, a third double bedroom and a second bathroom. The whole ground level space is wheelchair accessible and there are railings in the bathroom. The villa has its own parking spaces, private swimming pool with patio, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ Each room on-site comes with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area and air conditioner.
