Accommodation in Perea, a town 20 km from Thessaloniki. The apartment is 50m from the sea. It has two bedrooms, a living room, a separate equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace. The apartment has two inverter air conditioners, WIFI, towels and beach equipment, along with a working elevator and a reserved parking accessible via gate leading into the property.
