WATERFRONT LUXURY SEA VIEW CITY CENTER APARTMENT
Stylish Waterfront Sea-View city center apartment
Our newly renovated apartment is located on the seaside boulevard, the most elegant avenue of the city, in the heart of the historic Ladadika quarter, viewing the Aegean Sea, the new and the old port of Thessaloniki.The whole area is very safe, and surely the most beautiful, cosmopolitan and aristocratic part of the city.Moreover,the view of the Thermaic Gulf from our apartment is stunning.
The 'minimal' decorated apartment is 60 m2, it is located on the fifth floor in a building with an elevator, and houses up to 4 people. One separate bedroom is equipped with a King size double bed and a wardrobe. The bright living room with the large windows, that are from the wooden floor to the ceiling with double glazing soundproof and heat insulating, consists of two parts. So, even sitting on one of the two commodious sofas, or in the comfortable armchairs while drinking coffee or tea, or having a drink, you can see and enjoy the magnificent view of the sea.In addition, the second living room is separated from the master by a large sliding door and converted into a second bedroom.
I am 46 years old married to Giannis and we have a child. We love our city and we will be glad to recommend you all the beautiful places you can visit. We like traveling, photos, sports, good food and good company.
Our sunny apartment, painted in earthy colors, is located on the seaside boulevard of Thessaloniki, the most beautiful road of the city, 350 m from Aristotelous Square, which is the most central point (so, you do not need a car, just hiking to go anywhere in the city center). It is next to the central market of the city with beautiful shops and shopping centers. In addition, the famous open- air markets " Modiano" and "Kapani" are a five minutes walk away. In our neighborhood there are famous restaurants,tavernas,cafeterias and bars. Also there are many parking places. In front of us is the coastal avenue(the Thessalonians and visitors are walking by the sea) the New and the Old harbor, where it is a place of promenade, recreation and cultural events. Inside the harbor there are 3 museums. Photography and Contemporary Art and Thessaloniki Cinema Museum. A walk in our neighborhood will make you feel the spirit and scents of the old city of Thessaloniki as it truly is a living piece of history.
