Property information

Located right on the beautiful sandy beach of Glyfada, Harmony is a cozy one bedroom sea-front house. Only a few steps needed to enter the crystal clear sea waters, since it stands on the front line of the complex. Our private balcony offers a breathtaking view of the whole beach and here you can enjoy a nice meal right above the waves. Harmony is fully renovated. It is a one bedroom holiday house with a queen sized bed and a living room with a big sofabed for two extra adults. Both the bedroom and the living room have air-conditioning and a 55 inches 4K smart TV, with a free NETFLIX account and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances like toaster, coffee maker, water boiler etc. and all kinds of cookware. The bed has an anatomic mattress from COCOMAT and all the linen provided is COCOMAT as well. All the windows of the house are double with window nets and sound insulation and there is a free and private washing machine too. Also, there is a private free parking lot and a public pool free for guests(from early May to early October)! The surroundings offer such a relaxing experience you will never want to leave!

Neighbourhood information

All guests are in awe of the sea view from the house. When you open the front yard door you step directly on the sand and you can choose between the organized part of the beach (with sunbeds, umbrellas etc.) or the more secluded left part. The sandy beach is perfect for families but also for more adventurous guests since it includes water sports, beach-volley court, restaurants, mini markets and beach bars (open from mid May to early October depending on demand). On the back of the beach, there is a pine forest, so you can feel the nature all around you with the sound of birds and sea waves. The bus stop is only 5 minutes away, with regular routes to the city center or nearby villages. The private parking is also 5 minutes away, while right next to the house there is also a public parking lot. The complex's pool is open to all the guests and has a snack-bar, a restaurant and a mini market (open from early May to early October depending on demand). Also, only 4 km away is a huge water park, Aqualand with options for every age and taste.
