“location, location, location” are the 3 things that matter in property (Harold Samuel), well my place offers even more. It's a brand-new penthouse boutique 33m² with 2 balconies, located in the ♡ of historical center: just a few steps away from all the famous sights. Everything is accessible by foot through the beautiful pedestrian streets. Internet is fast. You can relax on the swinging hammock chairs on the balcony enjoying the sunset in total privacy & quiet. It's the perfect place to build a memory :)
As an enthusiastic traveler myself, and being a local person, I can help you plan an unforgettable trip in my beautiful city. It would be my pleasure to tell you about all the hidden spots (including beaches) as well as offer guidance saving you time, money, and energy. I can also ensure that you are able to avoid any so-called "tourist traps". Furthermore, I can provide you (depending on the hours) with an exceptional offer for private transfer from/to the airport (lower than taxi charges). Last but not least, for a future visit I can offer you a good discount.
You will love the location of this place! The neighborhood is called Thiseio and is located in the ♡ of historical center. All monuments and sights of interest are within short walking distance: the Parthenon, Acropolis Museum, Temple of Hephaestus, Ancient Agora, Odeon of Herodes Atticus, Monastiraki flea market, Roman Agora, Plaka, Anafiotika, Philopappos Monument (Muses Hill), National Observatory, Andrianou Gate, Columns of the Olympian Zeus, Syntagma sq., National Gardens, Parliament, Ermou & Andrianou shopping pedestrian streets, Kallimarmaro stadion. Νeedless to say, there are everywhere traditional and new restaurants, bars, coffee shops, take-away or delivery food places and so on.
