Xanthi Studio Apartments is a family-run apartment apartment complex with friendly atmosphere in Katerini and is part of a group of apartment complexes managed by Katerini Apartments Single Member P.C. A newly-built apartment complex which guarantees comfort and a pleasant stay. All studio apartments (25-30sm) have a double bed (131 x 200 cm) +/- a single folding sofa bed (80 x 190 cm). Guests can have a baby playpen/cot if required. In addition, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave (with grill as well), induction hob, kitchenware, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Private bathroom with shower. Towels and bathrobes, as well as toiletries (shampoo and shower gel, soap bar). Air-conditioner, panel heater, TV (satellite TV channels) and electric water heater in all studio apartments are, also, in place. Lift is available too.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment complex is 800 meters from the city center and only 7 km from both Paralia beach and Olympic beach. Both Mount Olympus and Elatochori Ski Center are just 38 km far away. Our neighbourhood is very friendly and quiet. Free public parking (street parking) is also available nearby. Supermarket, bakery, butcher shop, coffee shops, fast food outlets and restaurants, kiosk, pharmacy and petrol station are all less than 300m away from the apartment complex.
