Nestled between 3 majestic volcanoes, is Antigua's hidden secret – four Spanish-style colonial townhouses based around a plant-filled central courtyard with heated pool & hot tub. Each individual, spacious & artistic 3000 ft2 home, can’t help but bring you peace & positive energy.
The home & its secluded neighborhood is the perfect safe & central place for you to explore the ruins, cathedrals, museums, restaurants & shops that are dotted throughout the cobble-stoned streets of the world-famous UNESCO town of Antigua. Please note that our homes are for FAMILY USE only :) I agree that no occupants will smoke within the premises. No weapons are allowed on the premises. No more than 2 vehicles (either 2, 3, or 4 wheels) are permitted per house rental on the property. Any extra vehicles will need to be parked in a nearby parking zone. NO ATVs. It is expressly understood and agreed that owner of said premises will not be liable for any damages or injury to Guest or other occupants and their property from whatever cause arising from the occupancy of said premises. I agree to vacate said premises upon the termination of this agreement at the hour and date shown above.I agree to close and lock the premises upon leaving.
