We have taken into consideration the impact of the new regulation on the guest experience and will provide the following amenities in the rooms: toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers, hair dryers, electric kettles, and coffee and tea making facilities, as well as bath gel, shampoo & conditioner, and hand wash in refillable dispensers. Hotel COZi is a smoke-free hotel; smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Deposit will be collected upon guest check-in.

Hotel rooms cannot be used for group events or parties, including farewell bachelor parties and marriage parties.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of HK$ 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
