Our company Pollo d.o.o. is a well known Istrian construction company operating for more than 30 years. All our hard work and experience has been invested in our A&V Residence in Karigador which is the only property we are renting to our guests. A&V Residence is run as a family business. Our goal is to personally provide great customer service, to meet all of your expectations and help you to experience unforgettable moments during your stay. All the properties we build are of a higher quality compared to average Istrian properties, and all our guests can see the difference in quality of materials and work.

A&V Residence is a brand new property located only 100 meters from the beach. Our modern apartments are going to fulfil all your expectations. Each apartment has it's private parking place in the underground garage below the building. There are several apartment types of different sizes so you can choose the one that suits you best. All apartments are encompassing a living room, one or two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. Most apartments have a sea view from the terrace or balcony so you can enjoy a cup of coffee or have breakfast while looking at the stunning Adriatic Sea!
Every apartment is equipped with a TV, AC, a hairdryer, an iron, a coffee machine, a washing machine and a dishwasher. We provide a free high-speed WiFi connection to all our guests. The WiFi connection is faster and better in comparison to other properties as there is an optic cable in the building.
We made sure to provide toiletries, as well as towels and linen, to provide a care free experience to you.
Informations sur le quartier
The building itself is located in a small coastal town called Karigador where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday far away from the crowds. Karigador is very close to other cities like Novigrad (7 minutes drive) and Umag (10 minutes drive). The nearest beach and beach bar are just 200 meters away. There is also a small fisherman's dock where it is possible to buy fresh fish! A small market and bakery are only 200 meters away, where you can buy fresh bread, pastries, drinks, pasta and other food items. Bigger supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl and Spar) are located in Umag (10 minutes drive). The closest restaurants are La Quercia (5 minutes drive), Belveder (3 minutes drive) and San Benedetto (3 minutes drive). The best water park in Croatia (Istralandia) is located 10 minutes drive from our apartments. There are also several wineries in the surroundings like Veralda (5 minutes drive), Kabola and Kozlovic (20 minutes drive).
