This is a newly built apartment in a family owned house with a great sea view from big terrace and a balcony on two floors with a private entrance. It has two rooms on the second floor with two queen sized beds and a very comfortable futon bed on the first floor. It has a big flat screen TV with subscription to popular streaming services. It is located just 100 m away from the sea and beach. It is situated in a quiet place away for hustle and bustle of the near tourist town Crikvenica which provides all the amenities of a tourist town. Just a few hundred meters away from the apartment you will find quiet private natural beaches with intact nature if you are looking for a perfect quiet natural enjoyment. But if you want a beach with a lots of people and families with the children that your child can play with you will find it just a step away from apartment with all the amenities that such a place provides, such as coffee places next to the sea, water sports, jet ski rentals and so on.
The apartment is child friendly and it has two foldable cribs on demand.
The apartment can only be rented from Saturday till Saturday.
It is located in a quiet neighborhood with almost all private vacation homes to which owners come to spend their holiday in peace and quiet with their families.
